Manage client rewards
In this guide, you'll learn how to add and manage client rewards in their wallet.
How do rewards work
- Rewards let you give clients discounts, free services, or free products directly in their wallet.
- Rewards can be earned through loyalty points, tiers, or added manually.
- Clients can redeem rewards at checkout when making a purchase.
Adjust a client's rewards
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Clients list from the left menu panel.
- Click on a client's profile to view their profile details.
- In the menu panel of the client's profile view, select Wallet to view the client's rewards.
- Click on the Actions button and select Add reward to manually assign a new reward.
Add a discount reward
- In the Reward type step, select Amount discount or Percentage discount.
- Set the discount amount or percentage the client will receive.
- Click on Edit next to Services, Products, or Memberships to select eligible items.
- Under Redemption limits, set a minimum spend, expiration time frame, and other restrictions.
- Click on the Add button to save the discount reward.
Add a free service or product reward
- In the Reward type step, select Free service or Free product.
- Click on Edit next to Products or Services to select the items to include.
- Under Redemption limits, set limits like minimum spend, expiry timeframe, or restrict to in-store redemption.
- Click on the Add button to save the free reward.
