Manage Client Rewards

How do rewards work

  1. Rewards let you give clients discounts, free services, or free products directly in their wallet.
  2. Rewards can be earned through loyalty points, tiers, or added manually.
  3. Clients can redeem rewards at checkout when making a purchase.

Adjust a client's rewards

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
  2. Select Clients list from the left menu panel.
  3. Click on a client's profile to view their profile details.
  4. In the menu panel of the client's profile view, select Wallet to view the client's rewards.
  5. Click on the Actions button and select Add reward to manually assign a new reward.

Add a discount reward

  1. In the Reward type step, select Amount discount or Percentage discount.
  2. Set the discount amount or percentage the client will receive.
  3. Click on Edit next to Services, Products, or Memberships to select eligible items.
  4. Under Redemption limits, set a minimum spend, expiration time frame, and other restrictions.
  5. Click on the Add button to save the discount reward.

Add a free service or product reward

  1. In the Reward type step, select Free service or Free product.
  2. Click on Edit next to Products or Services to select the items to include.
  3. Under Redemption limits, set limits like minimum spend, expiry timeframe, or restrict to in-store redemption.
  4. Click on the Add button to save the free reward.
