Client Connect makes it easy to send and receive messages with your clients directly in BeYou365. Every conversation is saved in your client messages, so you can stay on top of your messages no matter how busy things get.
What is Client Connect?
- Client Connect is a built-in messaging feature that lets you communicate directly with clients.
- All conversations are saved and accessible from the client messages section.
- This feature is separate from automated messages and blast campaigns.

How clients message your business
- Clients can send a message after booking an appointment through the marketplace.
- Messages appear in your client messages inbox for you and your team to view.
- Clients can only message your business if they have booked an appointment.

How you reply to client messages and start conversations
- Go to Messages in the main menu to view your inbox.
- Click on a conversation to read the full message thread.
- Type your reply in the message field and click Send.
- You can also start a new conversation from a client profile by clicking Send message.
