Complete forms

In this guide, you'll learn how to manage client forms, including how to view completed forms, follow up on drafts, and handle incomplete responses.

View completed forms

  1. Open a client profile from your Clients list.
  2. In the client profile view, click on Documents in the menu panel.
  3. Select Forms to see all forms linked to this client.
  4. Click on a form to view the full responses submitted by the client.
You can also access forms directly from the appointment view by clicking on the client name and navigating to their Documents.

Handle incomplete forms

  1. Incomplete forms will be flagged in the appointment view with a reminder indicator.
  2. Click on the reminder to resend the form link to the client.
  3. You can also open the form from the client profile and complete it manually on behalf of the client if they are present.

Complete a form in person

  1. Open the appointment from your Calendar.
  2. Click on the form reminder or navigate to Documents > Forms in the client profile.
  3. Click Complete form to open a form-filling view.
  4. Fill in the responses and click Submit to save the completed form.
