Create a custom form template
In this guide, you'll learn how to build a custom form template with tailored sections and question types to gather specific information from your clients.
Create a custom form template
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Select Client forms from the left menu panel.
- Click Create form and enter a name and optional description.
- Choose the standard fields you want to include in the form.
- Click Add section to start building a custom section.
Add custom sections and questions
- Enter a section title and optional description.
- Click Add question to add a question to the section.
- Choose the question type: Short text, Long text, Multiple choice, Checkbox, or Date.
- Enter the question label and any answer options if applicable.
- Toggle Required if the question must be answered.
- Repeat to add more questions, then click Save to save the form template.
Use sections to organise related questions together, making forms easier for clients to complete.
