Set up online booking availability
Control which services and time slots are available for clients to book online, and configure your availability settings to maximize bookings.
How online booking availability works
- Online booking availability is determined by three factors: your business hours, your team's shift schedules, and the specific availability settings you configure. Clients will only see slots where all three align.
Configure availability settings
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select Online booking, then click Availability.
- Set the Booking window — how far in advance clients can book (e.g. up to 3 months).
- Set Minimum notice — how much advance notice is required before a booking (e.g. 1 hour).
- Configure Slot intervals to control how frequently booking slots appear (e.g. every 15 or 30 minutes).
- Click Save.
Setting a minimum notice period prevents last-minute bookings that your team may not have time to prepare for.
Enable services for online booking
- From Settings > Services, click on the service you want to configure.
- Toggle on Enable online booking for that service.
- Choose which staff members can perform this service for online bookings.
- Click Save.
