Manage waitlist settings
Customize your waitlist settings to control how clients join and how notifications are sent when slots become available.
Access waitlist settings
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select Online booking, then click Waitlist.
Enable the waitlist
- In the Waitlist settings, toggle on Enable waitlist.
- Once enabled, clients will see a waitlist option on your online booking page when their preferred slot is unavailable.
Configure waitlist options
- Toggle Auto-notify clients on to automatically send notifications when a suitable slot opens.
- Set a Maximum queue size if you want to limit how many clients can be on the waitlist at once.
- Toggle Require confirmation on if you want clients to confirm their interest before being booked.
- Click Save to apply your settings.
Changes to waitlist settings take effect immediately for new waitlist entries.
