Transfer workspace ownership access

Transfer workspace ownership to a team member securely through your workspace settings. The new owner takes full control of billing, settings, and team management.

Before you transfer

  1. Make sure the new owner is already a team member in your workspace.
  2. Confirm any outstanding subscription or payment details that will move to the new owner.
  3. Notify the new owner — they will need to accept the transfer to complete it.
Transferring ownership is permanent and cannot be reversed without the new owner agreeing to transfer it back.

Transfer ownership

  1. Go to Workspace settingsOwnership.
  2. Click Transfer ownership.
  3. Select the team member who will become the new owner.
  4. Enter your account password to confirm the transfer.
  5. The new owner will receive an email — once they accept, the transfer is complete.
