Join a workspace
Join a workspace through your personal account to access shifts, appointments, and your professional profile as a team member.
Accept a workspace invite
- Open the workspace invite email from BeYou365.
- Click Accept invite in the email.
- If you don't already have a personal account, you will be prompted to create one first.
- Once signed in, you will be added to the workspace and can start using BeYou365.
Workspace invites expire after 7 days. Ask your workspace owner to resend if it expires.
First-time login
- After accepting the invite, sign in with your personal BeYou365 account.
- Complete your profile with your name, photo, and bio.
- Review your services, shifts, and permissions set by the workspace owner.
