Set up BeYou365 Payments

Learn how to sign up for BeYou365 Payments, including verification and account set-up so you're ready to accept payments securely right away.

Sign up for BeYou365 Payments

  1. From the main menu, go to Add-ons.
  2. Click View under Payments to open the add-on summary.
  3. Click Start now to review payment rates and continue set-up.
  4. Select your account type: Sole trader / freelancer or Company.
  5. Provide your identity details, valid proof of identity (e.g. passport), and bank account details.
  6. Click Done in the top right.
You can begin accepting payments immediately while your details are being verified. You can also save progress at any stage and return later.

Disable BeYou365 Payments

  1. Open Payments from Add-ons.
  2. Click Options and select Disable payments add-on.
  3. Review the conditions and click Disable now to confirm.
Once disabled, you won't be able to accept online or in-store payments until you re-enable the add-on.
