Set up Facebook and Instagram bookings

In this guide, you'll learn how to integrate BeYou365 with your business's social media profiles to attract new clients and allow existing ones to book services easily.

Create a Book now button for Facebook and Instagram

  1. Ensure you have set up and listed your business on the BeYou365 Marketplace and have a Meta business account.
  2. From the main menu, go to Add-ons.
  3. Under Facebook and Instagram bookings, click View.
  4. Click Start now, then Enable.
  5. You will be directed to Facebook — log in and approve the connection between BeYou365 and your Facebook business account.
  6. Select the existing ad account, click Continue, then Next.
  7. Once connected, click Done to confirm.
Ensure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are set up as business accounts. Relevant Facebook access is needed to add or remove a Book Now button.

Disable your Book now button

  1. Go to Add-ons.
  2. Under Facebook and Instagram bookings, click Actions and select Disable.
  3. Click Disable now to confirm.
  4. Also go to your Facebook and Instagram business pages to manually remove the button, as it won't disappear automatically.
Disabling in BeYou365 does not automatically remove the button from your Facebook/Instagram pages. You must remove it manually from those platforms too.
