How clients can book appointments online
- The BeYou365 marketplace app and website.
- Facebook and Instagram Book Now buttons.
- Reserve with Google.
- Direct booking links.
The booking journey
- Clients select their desired treatment from your service list — they can choose multiple services for a single appointment.
- Clients pre-select a specialist to perform their treatment (based on your online availability settings).
- Clients choose the date and time based on your real-time calendar availability.
- Clients review booking details: services, date, time, team member, and total price.
- If appointment protection is enabled (e.g. capture card details or upfront payment), clients provide this to secure their appointment.
- Once confirmed, clients receive a notification with booking details.
Clients need to create or log in to a BeYou365 client account to confirm an online booking.
Leaving a review
- Based on your Automation settings, Thank You for Visiting messages can be sent to clients after checkout.
- Clients can rate their experience and leave a written review published on your marketplace profile.
- Clients can leave or delete a review at any time and edit it within 30 days.
- Your business can respond to reviews at any time — publicly or privately.
