Manage your marketplace profile
In this guide you'll learn how to manage your online bookings by updating your information, listing or unlisting your marketplace profile.
Understand how your marketplace profile is performing
- Go to Online booking and select Marketplace profile.
- Click the Manage button next to the listing you want to review.
- In the Performance section, view key metrics including clients sourced from the marketplace, total sales, and lifetime ROI.
- Click View report for detailed insights in the Online presence dashboard.
Edit your marketplace profile
- Go to Online booking > Marketplace profile.
- Click Actions (three dots) next to the listing and select Edit profile.
- Click Continue to move through each step and make changes to: Essentials, Business location, Opening hours, Venue images, Amenities and highlights.
- Click Save and exit to update your profile.
Changes are immediately visible to clients when booking online.
List and unlist your marketplace profile
- Go to Online booking > Marketplace profile.
- To unlist: Click Actions (three dots) and select Unlist profile. Confirm by clicking Unlist again.
- To list: Click Publish, then Continue to review details, then Enable.
Unlisting your profile disables online bookings and deactivates all booking links. Clients will no longer be able to find or book your business on the marketplace.
