Learn how to launch your business on the marketplace and start accepting online bookings by creating and publishing your online profile.

Enable online bookings

  1. From the main menu, go to Online booking.
  2. Select Marketplace profile from the left menu panel.
  3. Click Start now to begin setting up your Marketplace profile.
  4. Add your venue essentials — business display name, phone number, and email. Click Continue.
  5. Set your location address and adjust the map pin. Click Continue.
  6. Set your business opening hours and click Continue.
  7. Upload a minimum of three high-quality venue images. Click Continue.
  8. Select applicable Amenities, Highlights, or Values and click Continue.
  9. Add a business description and click Continue.
  10. Review the marketplace fee terms, tick the checkbox, and click Continue.
  11. Add your payment method and billing details.
  12. Click Enable to publish your Marketplace profile.
You can save your progress at any time by clicking Save and exit. Your profile will only go live once all steps are complete and you click Enable.

Once you're live on the marketplace

  1. Ensure your client list has been imported to prevent unnecessary new client fees.
  2. Send a Blast campaign to let your clients know they can now book with you online.
  3. Set up Facebook and Instagram bookings to capture appointments through social media.
  4. Add a Book button to your website for direct scheduling.
  5. Enable Google Reserve to boost your visibility across Google search and Maps.
  6. Set up your service portfolio to showcase photos of your best work.
