Target audience segmentation

Segment your clients to send the right message to the right audience. Targeted messages perform far better than generic blasts to your whole list.

Create a client segment

  1. Go to ClientsSegments.
  2. Click New segment in the top right.
  3. Add filters — for example, "Last booked in the last 30 days" or "Has never booked online".
  4. Combine filters with AND/OR logic to refine the audience.
  5. Save the segment with a clear name.

Useful segments to create

  1. VIP clients: clients who have spent over a threshold in the last 12 months.
  2. New clients: clients who have only had 1-2 appointments.
  3. Win-back: clients who haven't booked in 90+ days.
  4. Birthday this month: great for personalized offers.
  5. Service-specific: clients who have had a specific service like color or facials.
Segments update automatically as client behavior changes — no manual updating required.

Use a segment in a campaign

  1. When creating a campaign, in the Audience step, choose Use segment.
  2. Select your saved segment from the list.
  3. Review the audience size and preview a few sample clients.
  4. Continue with the campaign as usual.
