Track how clients discover your business
In this guide, you'll learn how to use the client discovery feature to understand where your new clients are coming from.
How client discovery tracking works
- BeYou365 tracks how new clients discover your business through sources such as social media, search, referrals, or walk-ins.
- When a new client books online, they may be prompted to indicate how they found your business.
- You can also manually record the discovery source on a client profile.
View client discovery data
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Clients list from the left menu panel.
- Click on a client's profile to view their details.
- In the Client details tab, look for the How did they find you? field to see or update the discovery source.
- To view discovery data across all clients, go to your Reports section and check the Client insights report.
Knowing how clients find your business helps you focus your marketing efforts on the most effective channels.
