Merge client profiles

In this guide, you'll learn how to identify and merge duplicate client profiles to keep your client list clean and accurate.

Why merge client profiles?

  1. Duplicate profiles can appear when clients book online with different contact details than those stored in your system.
  2. Merging profiles combines their information, appointment history, and wallet into a single, accurate record.
  3. Keeping your client list free of duplicates ensures more accurate reporting and a better client experience.

Merge duplicate client profiles

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
  2. Select Clients list from the left menu panel.
  3. Look for the duplicate notification banner at the top of your client list and click Review and merge.
  4. Review the suggested duplicate pairs and select the profiles you want to merge.
  5. Choose which profile to keep as the primary record.
  6. Click Merge to combine the profiles.
Merging profiles is permanent and cannot be undone. Review both profiles carefully before confirming.
