Reply to a review
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Client reviews from the left menu panel.
- Find the review you want to respond to and click Reply.
- Type your response in the text field.
- Click Submit to publish your reply.
Keep replies professional and concise. Avoid sharing personal client information in your response.
Edit or delete your reply
- Locate the review with your published reply.
- Click Actions next to your reply and select Edit to make changes, or Delete to remove it.
- Confirm your changes or deletion when prompted.
