Client reviews overview
Client reviews help build your online reputation and give potential clients confidence when booking with you. In this guide, you will learn how reviews work in BeYou365.
How client reviews work
- After completing an appointment, clients are invited to leave a star rating and written review.
- Reviews are published on your business profile on the BeYou365 marketplace.
- Your overall rating is calculated from all published reviews and is visible to potential clients.
Only clients who have completed an appointment with your business can leave a review.
View your reviews
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Client reviews from the left menu panel.
- Browse your reviews, which are sorted by date by default.
- Use filters to view reviews by star rating, date range, or team member.
Manage review settings
- Go to Settings > Clients > Reviews.
- Toggle on or off the option to send automatic review invitations after appointments.
- Set the delay time for when the review invitation is sent after the appointment ends.
