Manage service availability

Control where your services are offered, which team members can perform them, and what resources they require. This guide walks through all availability settings.

Assign team members to a service

  1. Go to Catalog and select the service you want to update.
  2. Scroll to the Team members section.
  3. Toggle on each team member who can perform this service.
  4. Click Save.
Only team members assigned to a service will appear as options when booking that service.

Set location availability

  1. Open the service in Catalog.
  2. Under Availability, select which locations offer this service.
  3. If a location is deselected, the service will not appear for that location during booking.
  4. Click Save.
