Add extra time to services and appointments
Adjust appointment durations by adding processing time or cleanup time to services, ensuring your team has adequate time between bookings.
Add processing time to a service
- Open the service in Catalog.
- Scroll to Extra time.
- Enable Processing time and set the duration (e.g., 20 minutes).
- Optionally enable Finish time for cleanup after the service.
- Click Save.
Processing time is unattended time during the service (e.g., while colour develops). The team member can take another client during this window.
Add extra time to a single appointment
- Open the appointment in your Calendar.
- Click Edit and find the Extra time field.
- Enter the number of additional minutes.
- Click Save.
