Streamline your schedule and easily find the appointments you need by applying custom filters and display settings to your calendar.

How calendar filters work

  1. Calendar filters let you narrow down what you see in your calendar view. You can filter by staff member, service type, appointment status, or location to focus on exactly what you need.

Apply calendar filters

  1. From the main menu, go to Calendar.
  2. Click the Filter button at the top of the calendar.
  3. Select the filters you want to apply: Staff member, Service type, Status, or Location.
  4. The calendar will update instantly to show only the matching appointments.
  5. To remove a filter, click the filter again or click Clear filters.

Customize calendar display settings

  1. Click the Settings or Display icon near the calendar view toggle.
  2. Toggle options such as showing client names, service names, or colour-coded statuses on appointment blocks.
  3. Adjust the time slot height to see more or fewer appointments at once.
  4. Your display preferences are saved automatically.
Colour-coded appointment statuses make it easy to spot confirmed, pending, and completed appointments at a glance.
