Delete a workspace as an owner

Delete your workspace as an owner, while keeping your personal account active. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its calendar, clients, and team data.

Before you delete

  1. Cancel any active subscription so you are not billed for additional periods.
  2. Export reports, sales data, and client lists you may need for accounting or records.
  3. Settle any outstanding pay runs for your team.
  4. Notify your team and clients that the workspace is closing.
Deleting a workspace is permanent. All clients, sales, appointments, and team data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete your workspace

  1. Go to Workspace settingsOwnership.
  2. Click Delete workspace at the bottom of the page.
  3. Read the warnings carefully — deleting cannot be undone.
  4. Type your workspace name in the confirmation field to proceed.
  5. Click Delete workspace to finalize the action.
