Delete a workspace as an owner
Delete your workspace as an owner, while keeping your personal account active. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its calendar, clients, and team data.
Before you delete
- Cancel any active subscription so you are not billed for additional periods.
- Export reports, sales data, and client lists you may need for accounting or records.
- Settle any outstanding pay runs for your team.
- Notify your team and clients that the workspace is closing.
Deleting a workspace is permanent. All clients, sales, appointments, and team data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Delete your workspace
- Go to Workspace settings → Ownership.
- Click Delete workspace at the bottom of the page.
- Read the warnings carefully — deleting cannot be undone.
- Type your workspace name in the confirmation field to proceed.
- Click Delete workspace to finalize the action.
