Create a new workspace

Efficiently manage your business by creating a new workspace from your personal account. Each workspace gives you a separate space to manage your team, services, calendar, and clients.

Before you start

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your BeYou365 personal account. You can create multiple workspaces from a single personal account.
  2. Have your business name, location address, and currency ready before you begin.
Each workspace is independent — clients, services, and calendars are not shared between workspaces unless you set up multiple locations within a single workspace.

Create a new workspace

  1. Click your profile icon at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select Switch workspace from the dropdown.
  3. Click Create new workspace at the bottom of the panel.
  4. Enter your business name, business type, currency, and country.
  5. Add your first business location with the address and contact details.
  6. Click Create workspace to finish — you will be taken straight into your new workspace.
