Create a new workspace
Efficiently manage your business by creating a new workspace from your personal account. Each workspace gives you a separate space to manage your team, services, calendar, and clients.
Before you start
- Make sure you are logged in to your BeYou365 personal account. You can create multiple workspaces from a single personal account.
- Have your business name, location address, and currency ready before you begin.
Each workspace is independent — clients, services, and calendars are not shared between workspaces unless you set up multiple locations within a single workspace.
Create a new workspace
- Click your profile icon at the top right of your screen.
- Select Switch workspace from the dropdown.
- Click Create new workspace at the bottom of the panel.
- Enter your business name, business type, currency, and country.
- Add your first business location with the address and contact details.
- Click Create workspace to finish — you will be taken straight into your new workspace.
