How sharing and printing sales receipts work

  1. Receipts can be shared with clients via email or printed directly after a sale.
  2. You can enable automatic printing for every completed transaction.
  3. Receipts can also be downloaded as PDF for manual sharing.

Set up automatic receipt printing

  1. From the menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Click on the Sales category to manage your receipts.
  3. In the left menu, select Receipts.
  4. Click on the Edit button next to Receipt design.
  5. Tick the checkbox to enable Automatic print receipts upon sale completion.
  6. Click on the Save button in the top right to update the receipt settings.

Manually print a sale receipt

  1. From the main menu, go to Sales and find the completed sale.
  2. Click on the sale reference number to view its details.
  3. Click on Quick actions (three dots), then select Print receipt or Download PDF.
