Set up E-invoicing
Learn how to enable and manage BeYou365's E-invoicing integration that automatically sends sales invoices directly to tax collection and regulation systems.
How E-invoicing works
- E-invoicing automatically generates and submits compliant invoices to government platforms for every sale.
- Once enabled, receipt sequencing and prefixes are locked for compliance.
- E-invoices are sent to the government platform when a sale is completed or refunded.
View E-invoicing activity
- Go to Settings > Add-ons > E-invoicing.
- Select the Activity tab to view all submitted invoices.
- Click on any invoice to view details, share, print, or download as PDF.
Manage your E-invoicing integration
- Go to Settings > Add-ons > E-invoicing.
- Review your connection status and update settings as needed.
- To disable, toggle off the E-invoicing integration from the settings panel.
