Maximize client reviews with Google Rating Boost
In this guide, you'll learn how to enable Google Rating Boost to encourage clients who leave positive reviews on BeYou365 to also post them on your Google profile.
What is Google Rating Boost
- Google Rating Boost encourages clients who leave high ratings on BeYou365 to also share their review on your Google Business Profile.
- When clients leave a rating that meets your trigger threshold, an extra step prompts them to post on Google.
Make sure the Thank You for Visiting automation is enabled (via email or text) before setting up Google Rating Boost.
Set up Google Rating Boost
- Ensure you have an active Google Business Profile and that the name and address match your BeYou365 locations.
- From the main menu, go to Add-ons.
- Under Google Rating Boost, click View, then Start now.
- Select your payment method and click Enable.
- Preview your Google review links to ensure each location is correctly matched.
- Set the minimum star rating required to send clients a Google review prompt, then click Confirm.
Disable Google Rating Boost
- Go to Add-ons.
- Under Google Rating Boost, click View.
- Click Options and select Disable add-on.
- Select a reason and click Disable now.
You can keep using the add-on until the end of the current billing month after disabling.
