Track online product orders
Simplify your product order management by tracking and updating orders efficiently. View, fulfill, and notify clients on the status of their online orders.
View online orders
- Go to Inventory → Online orders.
- View orders by status: New, In progress, Shipped, or Completed.
- Click any order to see the full details, including items, client info, and shipping address.
Fulfill an order
- Open the order and click Mark as in progress.
- Pack the products and prepare them for shipping or pickup.
- Click Add tracking to enter a courier and tracking number — the client is automatically emailed an update.
- Click Mark as shipped once the order leaves your business.
Tracking numbers are sent to clients automatically so they can follow their order in real time.
Update order statuses
- Use Mark as completed once the order has been delivered or picked up.
- Use Cancel order to refund the client and return stock.
- All status changes are logged in the order timeline.
