Create custom client segments
In this guide, you'll learn how to build your own client segments using advanced filters to target specific groups of clients.
How custom segments work
- Custom segments let you define precise criteria to group clients based on their profile data, visit history, or spending behaviour.
- You can combine multiple conditions using AND/OR logic for highly specific targeting.
- Custom segments update automatically as client data changes.
Create a custom segment
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Client segments from the left menu panel.
- Click Create segment.
- Enter a name for your segment.
- Add your desired conditions using the available filters, such as total spend, last visit date, or client tags.
- Use Add condition to layer multiple filters together.
- Click Save to create your custom segment.
Preview the number of matching clients before saving to ensure your segment is targeted correctly.
Manage custom segments
- From Client segments, find your custom segment in the list.
- Click Actions next to the segment to edit, duplicate, or delete it.
- Deleted segments are removed permanently and cannot be restored.
